| Has anyone used the new Tuf Line XP? If so do you see an advantage in using it over the other "TUF LINE" products?
Thanks for your help! |

| XP seemed to be much smoother casting from what I saw. I used 80lb and never had any problems. Its a step up from the regular line that I have trusted for so long. I am switching to all XP this season. |

| The 20# XP is on all my spinning reels now. It has no memory and is MUCH faster than 14# fireline. I just bought a 300 yard spool of the 30# XP and it dosen't seem too much bigger. Good stuff![] |

| I'm a big fan of Tuff Plus. We got some cheap at the Chicago show last year and I loved it. This year I got 10 spools @ Thornes when they put it on sale. I like it most because it doesn't hold the water that regular Tuff does. That's a great benefit when it gets late in the season. |

| It's the XP for me. No more messing around with anything else. I really like that Tuff XP. Limited stretch, about half way in between regular Tuff and Power Pro. Does not seem to hold any water, great for those cold days. |

| I used to use tuff line, and it is a good line. I used tuff plus a few times and the 100 lb test kept breaking. Not a good line in my experience. Tuff line xp I used this year and really liked it. It will be on most of my reel next year. |

| I had been a die hard tried and true Cortland Spectron user until I spooled up one reel this fall with some 80lb XP that I got for a door prize.
I am going to be buying a 300yd. spool of XP and trying it on several more reels.
Actually the more I look at XP the more I think it's the old Ultra-cast repackaged...either way it's nice stuff.
