Location: Price County WI | Steve Schneider was a Tournament angler that most of us grew use to seeing in the WMT, Pro-Mac and Local Tournament field, A number of years ago Big Brother Big Sisters gave up on their local fundraiser Musky Tournament and 4 local businessmen Steve Schneider, Dan Virnig, Duane Grube, and myself John Carlson decided to take it over and donate any money made to a local charity. Last year just after the Tournament that Steve's Brother and Best Friend won Steve lost his battle with cancer so we renamed the tournament that he was part of from the beginning to his name in his honor.
This year proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation who have a Camp in the Phillips area that recent wounded combat Vets use in a rehabilitation project that is teamed with outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.
