| 2 " cut off really stiffens it up. The heavy is lighter than the x heavy. Great rod for 10's ,13's ,big cranks and rubber,probably jerks if you like a long rod. 17.5" handle. Would prefer to deliver or pick up in milwaukee area. Will be in vilas weekend of June 14th
