Do you guys have preference over one or the other? If you were going to buy a chip, which would you recommend and why?

I am sure others will have similar stories, but I prefer Lakemaster/Lowrance as I had a few instances using Navionics in the past where I was about 100 yards from shore, and it was telling me I was on land.....

I agree that the Lakemaster is more accurate. I dont know where your at but here in Northern Wi the lake selection with Lakemaster is very limited so I run Navionics. My opinion is it depends on where you are going to be fishing the most.

I use navionics. Lakemaster does not have cave run in 1' increments.

I use them both some lakes are. better with this chip vs that chip but I just hooked up my. I link so I'll be using lake maps more. for the most part comes down to what lake I'm fishing Ford Chevy they both work

Thanks, guys. I ended up going with Navionics for the northern region. Navionics seemed to have far more lake options than Lakemaster. Thanks again.
