Location: Twin Cities MN		What is the best way to clean the file after using it for awhile? Mine is pretty full of gunk and won't sharpen very well anymore...

I would try a wire brush with a little WD40

I clean mine with the wire wheel on my bench grinder.

Huh. Never tried cleaning one. I just toss them and buy a new one.
