Recently acquired this rod 9' 4-8oz is what it says but after emailing Jason and asking him about this he said it was designed to be a big lure rod for pounders and what not, it was mismarked i guess. I already have a rod for this application. $125obo these are getting harder to find. I would prefer pickup but wil consider shipping as I have a rod tube handy.
