Location: Chippewa Falls, WI | My dad talks a lot about his old favorite "Renegade" Spinner. It had a black rubber skirt with "flowage green" spinners that he got when the Flat landers chapter of muskies inc chapter (out of IL I think) was selling them as a fundraiser. It was a long time ago, probably early 90's. If anyone has one or knows what those looked like and can make one for him I would appreciate it.
