| I have used 9" bulldawgs the past couple years, and I have caught 9 northern pike, and three 30-37" muskies on them. Is it pretty rare the catch a 40" plus musky on the regular size bulldawgs? I think Ill try magums more this year |

| I prefer to throw bigger baits such as MAG Dawgs, but regular Dawgs produce many many many muskie of all sizes! I've seen many smaller 40" range muskies come on regular Dawgs and also many bigger 45-53" fish.
The northern pike especially love the REG size dawg, personally the best fish i have caught on a REG sized dawg is a 42" natural tiger muskie.

Location: Plymouth, MN | Caught a nice 45 on a regular dawg while chasing bait balls in 50' of water. So, I wouldn't rule them totally out. |

| 52 is biggest and many many 49s. I've seen regular dawgs out produce magnums many times. |

Location: S.W. WI | I throw Dawgs alot, Mostly the Mags now. I have got a few up to 40" on Reg Dawgs but Magnums Rule by far. Not really even close.
...But then again- you catch em on what ya throw. |

Location: Hayward, WI | About 28" for me, but that was the only fish (before I bought any mags) and I NEVER throw the regulars. I know a guy that uses 9" Curly Sues a lot and catches his share of fish. His average size might be a little lower than mine but he's caught numbers of fish around 40" and a couple in the mid 40's on the smaller Sues. |
