Just hooked up my i pilot link. i can turn the motor on and off with the unit so it should be all hooked up but i cant get the map on the unit is this because i had had the boat in side and it could not get the gps singal??
has any one moved the breakers on the batteries befor. i bought a Just encase deck box last year and it covers up the batterie compartment.last year i had the breaker trip when i was running the trolling motor at hig speed for a long timeant it triped.pain in the butt to move every thing just to get to the breakers. i just thought i could move the breakers so if they trip again it would be easer to reset them

dont have that unit, but definitely could just be because it is inside. i know my portable garmin handheld and my dad's car unit wont always pick up a signal when they are inside, especially when they are not anywhere near where they were last turned on and picking up a signal.
