After the troubles I had last year, this can only be a sign of good things to come in 2003! This fish took a walleye sucker while fishing with my son, and JoMusky on Saturday.

After careful + meticulous study of above picture, my observations lead me to the conclusion that the ORANGE THING hanging off your zipper tab perhaps played a major part in the overall scheme of that day. While gazing intently at the still shot, one can almost hear the piercing staccato sound of ice shifts as you battle the fish to submission, collapsing in sheer exhaustion on the slippery sheet of frozen H20. The picture also reveals the thrill of you prying open a set of gargantuan jaws as you stare intently down the throat of its gaping maw; the hair on me arms raise as I share this moment w/ you! Times such as these are rare indeed, and even more rare to be captured on Kotachrome; glad momma didn't take that Kotachrome! Before I get carried away, let's return to the ORANGE GLOBE....
Upon viewing the picture for the first time, the ORANGE GLOBE is the first to catch the eye, and no doubt will be in demand as more peeps see this....I'll reveal more later...gotta go![:0]
Back...the shop called...they had locked me keys up in the truck + could'nt get in to finish up...I had to get a neighbor to run me down there to open the truck...hopefully this day will be the LAST DAY in the trilogy of stupidity w/ the garage![:(]
No doubt peeps will want to know more about that ORANGE THING...how you obtained it, the actual size, what it cost, but even more important, how to procure one for themselves! I remember a few years ago...Anita Bryant wore similar "charms" on her costume jewelry while filming commercials, and peeps coast to coast wanted one! And we all know how popular Anita was; she was a fox, and almost as beautiful as Gidget...I see a marketable item in the future for musky fisherdudes/dudettes, and a substantial extra income for you my friend should you decide to share the "ORANGE GLOBE"...the decision is yours, we await that choice.....[::)]

I heard that two guys fishing off the north shore had two flags all day. The got a 39" and 38" muskies.

I wish they would not bite on that lake in the winter, I see more dead muskies floating in the spring because of incidental catches. There is nothing you can do, I have caught them fishing for walleyes and pike. Its just something that happens.[:)]

HELLLOOOOOO!!! It's going on 4 DAYS NOW, and we have yet to hear from Sheptoid in reference to the publics' availability to the ORANGE THING located on the zipper tab as seen in the above picture; for some reason, he refuses to share this fish catching object, and folks are becoming concerned. Fill us in....... [:0]
*Landy-- you must know something?[::)]

Just waiting to see how long you'd hold out before begging for the answer, oh Pourous One. Funny you should mention Gidget, as it was in this time frame I ran across the globe. You see, I was in Chicago with my dad, and we were having breakfast with Evel Knievel. He looked up and saw Patty Duke enter the restaurant. This was at the height of her career on the Patty Duke Show.

She was radiant, and hanging from her ears were two of these orange globes. Evel beckoned her over to join us, and as she sat down, one of her earings fell off, and hit the floor with a thud. I scurried to pick it up, and offered it to her. Evel asked what they were. She told him she got them as a gift from the Flying Nun, and they had magical powers. Evel snatched it away, and said he was going to wear it on his costume that night for good luck in his world record jump attempt. Needless to say, he shattered the world record that night. He offered the globe back to Patty, but she said to give it to me!

Over the years, I had missed placed it. Last summer, while struggling to rid my new boat of the smelly critter, I happened across it again. I wore it on my shirt pocket the night I fished with Jason. The rest is history! I have continued to let Jason think it was he who chased the furball out of my boat. Now you know the rest of the story!

I have since had this orange globe examined by the State Crime Lab, the FBI, the CIA, the UW Relativety Lab. Nobody can tell me what it is made of, or where it came from. All I know, is it will be on my person on Day one of the RCL at Lake Erie this May. Partner be damned, I will get some fish the first day!

I knew I could count on you! A piece such as the one in your possession cannot be kept secret forever...there is a Famous Pet Museum near here, and something kept drawing me there; peeps even started asking me if I worked there. Now the puzzle is solved! 2 years ago, little sponge asked me about the animals we saw there...Lassie, Rin Tin Tin, Trigger, Gentle Ben, Touche Turtle, Dumbo and so on...though very different in size and species, these stuffed vertabrates/amphibians all had something strikingly similar about them, but I was at a loss to put my finger on just what it was! But now, I know what it was-- the EYES!!! The remanufactured pets eyes are exact replicas of the ORANGE THING you had on your person; they had been painted for sure, but there can be no mistake as to their shape, size, and drawing power...w/in minutes of asking the curator about the similarities, I was escorted from the grounds and asked not to come back; I'll go back, but it will be at night and w/ a pen knife! I must have one...while we are on the subject, are you + the rest of the group coming down to CAVE RUN in MARCH???? I got a poster of Sammie Davis Jr for you if you do![;)] [:sun:]

Sammy Davis, Jr.? Wow![;)] Unfortunately, there will be no trip to the Cave for me this year.[:((] Canada trip, and a couple RCL tourneys have used all my vacation time up for the year.

But, I will be there in spirit, rooting for the old guys![:bigsmile:]

Is it possible to break that fish's jaw by inserting mouth spreaders of that size?[:blackeye:]
