Went musky fishing this evening and this 41 incher came out of 3 feet of water and launched herself into my figure 8. I swear she looked huge plowing through that shallow water. I was by myself and had to fight her for what seemed like forever to finally get her into the net.
Water was 51 degrees and she took off in a lot better shape than she left my lure.
New hooks all around!!

Nice looking fish...congrats! Just curious what the water levels are like in KY right now??
Cave Run Lake is right between Winter and Summer Pool. I'm fishing the rivers and Green River is fairly high and swift right now. Barren River is low and slow. Green River Lake is 2.5 feet below Summer Pool. Good fishing in the rivers right now.
