| 22nd Annual Kevin Worrall Memorial Musky Classic will be held Sept 7th at Gerrits Lakeview!!
I am in the process of contacting sponsors for the tournament. If any anyone is interested in donating or fishing in the tournament please IM me. All of the proceeds from this tournament go directly to the Ronald McDonald House. Last year we donated $4061.89 to them!! Great job to our sponsors and musky fishermen!! |

Location: Land of the Musky | Tackle Industries is happy to help you reach $5000+ this year. I have seen what the Ronald McDonald House can do for families. It really is an amazing organization that really helps those in need.
True story and I don't want to bumb anyone out for the weekend but this will really make you think. My wife and I were at the Children's Hospital with my daughter about 6 years ago and in a room across the hall sat a little boy. Bald, dying of cancer and alone sitting on his bed in his hospital room. I asked the nurse about him and she told me his parent could only afford to come up on the weekends and not even every weekend because they did not have enough money for gas, food, hotel, etc.. I emptied my wallet and put the money into an envelope and gave it to the nurse to give to his parents next time they came up to see their son. The image of that little boy still gets to me and I will carry his image in my mind for the rest of my life. I owe that little boy much of the peace I now have. He taught me a lot and I never even met him. Before that day I was a lot greedier in life but he helped me realize there was a lot more to life vs the material things I was working to “get”. The Ronald McDonald House helps and has helped 10s of 1000s of families through tough times but not without our help. I personally hate paying taxes because I know most of the money is wasted on crap. But, I know the money I give and tackle I donate to help raise money for organizations like this goes to good people who really need it.
Just read a little vs watching TV tonight….

another testimonial for how Ronald McDonald House helps families in need. i hope you take some time and watch this.
this is a Rhinelander family and former business partner of mine that benefitted from The Ronald McDonald House during their son's battle with ocular cancer. i travel like crazy and was able to partner with Northwest Airlines and donate miles from the years commuting to China to help with air travel so that the whole family could travel to see their brother during the time he was getting treatments in Houston.
giving to the Ronald McDonald House is worth it!! |

| Steve, it would be a pleasure for me to donate a variety of lures to the outing. I found a box of 75 of the original 7" Perkas that I am in the process of painting and sealing, 10 of those will be coming your way as well as some crankbaits, some Redwood gifts from God, and it wouldn't be Pelican Lake without some Beaverturds swimming around. If you and Keith aren't too busy that day, I'm sure that the three of us could fit comfortably in my boat........just say in'.

| Thank you everyone!! We are getting a great response for donations this year again!! Tackle Industries, Mancave Baits, RJ Lures, Big Mama Lures, Phantom Lures, & Zach Baker so far...Hopefully we can get the donation up to $5000.00 like James said and possibly even give a new TUFFY Boat away for a 50 in.

Gave 2 rods and some lures last year and upping it to 10 rods and more lures this year! I think you will blow by that $5000 this year!!!

| We're on Steve and Sue. I would be happy to be the measure boat. I think after the tourney, we can spend a couple of days participating in some multi-species angling. That time of year could find lots of fish and lots of lakes fired up and ready to do battle.

| OK, you guys got me choked up enough. I will supply a St. Croix Legend Tournament stick (either Big Nasty, Big Dawg or Sling Blade) for you to use as you will. If I had a choice, however, I'd make it the prize for the oldest guy there who didn't catch a fish. That would just sort of feel comfortable to my personal "style." Marty Forman |
