Hi guys,

I just learned about these new leaders last night and I think I am sold on them already
( ya... I'm a bit behind)
Anyways, do you use the hollow ace as your main line?
I use 80# power pro, usually, as my line of choice.
Should I stick with the PP or should I dump it and use the Hollow Ace as my main line?

I'm sure I will have lots more questions later

Thanks,
Junk

You can use Hollow Ace for your main line but it is a little more $$.

I use both. I use Hollow Ace on some reels and other lines on others. On my WTD/Glider rod I use 65LBS Suffix and bridle the leader and line together. I also use less flurocarbon on the jerkbait rod. I have 16-18 inches up the Hollow Ace and only about 12-14 sticking out whereas on my bucktail, crank or rubber rods I use 3-4 feet of Flurocarbon. I love using a Trinidad 14 as my primary bucktail reel and I use Tuff Line Plus and bridle as well. Most of my Calcutta's have Hollow Ace...

Has anyone used Stealth 49 strand for a wind on leader? That might be an option for Bulldogs ect.
