| It means they were made with the good plastic before Roberts Outdoors Inc had them.
All the new ones have very soft plastic and alot of guys wont buy or use them

| Yes the softer plastic deadens the sound of the rattles, they are nowhere near as loud,
Also all the new ones the plastic is so soft that 8hrs of trolling even with your hooks T'd will burn holes in the plastic and take on water. Fish also can put holes in them with their teeth. If you fish a few times a year they willl be fine but they do not hold up to hard fishing at all.
