One person in my boat will be burning a rattletrap this weekend. I will use a squirly hellhound to start.

Either a firetiger phantom, Colorado blade spinnerbait, or a RO Ninja tube.

It depends on the water temps but probably either an 8" Perch Hellhound or a Showgirl.

Newly purchased Phantom or Manta then Babygirl or Showgirl. Depth Raiders to follow shortly after that or prior to depending on where we are on the lake on the first stop of day one. All of that will take place after the first Pabst or Labatts with eggs and hash for bkfst on morning one of the trip! Not sure which part I am looking forward to the most!

I won't be "throwing" a bait on the opener but depending on the water color I'll be jigging either a pearl, vomit, or black w/purple flake Bondy Bait.

I made a bucktail this offseason that is a spitting image of my buddies that I used over the summer and caught my PB on. So that will be the first bait I throw this year. The PB bait. DBL 10s.

That is only if I am healthy enough to go fishing in the first place. This arm thing better get fixed soon. Starting to lose my patients after 8 months of pain.
