| Time is a hard factor. Depends on where you are on the planet at that time. July in Canada is good, but its hard to use a creeper on a downrigger on Pewaukee in July...understand. LOL
I prefer slow topwaters at dusk, the last half hour. I have caught many muskies on Hawg Wobblers at dusk in Canada in July and its the most exciting. Creepers and flaptails are just as good. Comes down to personal perference. In the northern states...June and Sept are the overall best slow topwater months in my opinion. | |
