Headed out into the snow this morning, and down to the river, chugging caffeine while listening to RHCP cranking on the radio. Knew it was going to be a good day on the water.
Caught and released this 48 incher and watched my buddy catch and release a 38. Hard to beat a day out on the river when its snowing and the fish are biting.

I feel for you guys that have to wait for season opener. I would go frickin nuts. About the only recreational thing that I do during the winter, after deer season ends, is hunt for musky.
We'll probably have a musky season before it's over. Kentucky legislators love passing new fish and game regulations. I wonder if there is a state specific iphone app that tracks fish and game law changes.
