Location: Rockwell City, IA | I've used DDs, DDDs and Xrap Magnum 30 baits with some success.
But was looking for other options in lures about that size.
Deep runners or shallow.
Looking for one that will just hang there on a pause, or very slowly rise.
What others have you guys tried, liked or disliked?

Mike's baits are great, but I think you will have to upsize the hooks to get a slow/suspending rise from what I thought he told me. My proto rose nice and slow but I think he changed the weight since. Maybe he can comment on the production version.
Also if you can find the Warner cranks. Good luck in that search though.
Jointed Depth Raiders have a slow rise compared to it's straight brother.
Get a drill, a screw, some water, and some silicone and custom weight a Jake. Easy to do and they work awesome once weighted. You can adjust to your liking on how fast of arise you want.

Thanks guys, they have a slow rise with the 3/0 Mustad round bends they come with. The lure will stay at depth when slow cranking or jerking it. The Mustads are light hooks and heavier ones will slow down the rise or make it suspend.

Mike put me on his spring list for a walleye Molly Diver.
I've tinkered with weighting lures a little bit.
If anybody has more suggestions, keep 'em coming.
