Just tried Tuf Line on a few trips, I am pretty impressed. But can some of the long term users, please tell me how it compares to Spiderwire over a whole season?

Tuf Line also absorbs a lot of water. Not the best stuff to use in cold weather. I think Spiderwire Stealth is a better choice.

I've used both for a fair amount of time. Both are good but both pick up a lot of water after awhile. I no longer use either, as I feel there are better available now.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

@Propster

Do you only feel it, or have you found a better line?

I used Cortland Masterbraid and Vicious after those two, but am currently trying the Sufix 832. Only a few months use on that but so far I like it. After some additional wear it may pick up water as well, but so far so good.

So on this topic, what is the best 100# braid for late season use that doesn't hold a lot of water? I really like the 832 as well, but it doesn't come in 100#. I
