| Thanks Beav I'm doing well. A very freaky experience, but well worth it. Woke up from surgery (discectomy on 2 discs) with no pain in my right leg for the first time since June, a great feeling. Once I recover from the incision I should be 99-100%. They also removed a large cyst from L5-S1 that was causing alot of problems. My goal is to be recovered enough to be jigging from the bow on the IL River in March.

| Great news buddy. I know how touchy things get when people start "playing" around your spine.
Being pain free must be a good feeling. I'd like to find out sometime.
I'm giving accupuncture a try after several good reports from friends.
Lay low and mend well.
