| I need to buy some # 5 trebels . I saw TNB last week and Pete was talking about a new Mustad model.Anybody know what that model that was and what is the best hook out there I should get.Thanks

Location: MN | Not sure what hook the Mustad was. Up to 5/0 I really like the Eagle Ckaw 774. For bigger (7/0 and 8/0) I like the Mustad 3551. You'll need to sharpen them right away but they sharpen easy and well. |

| I was wondering the same thing as I am changing out some hooks and was going to order some more. I know they weren't the 3551's, as they had a bend on the point. It may be these, since they are a newer model:

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | I'm with Propster on this one. I'd go Eagle claw anything 5/0 and smaller, I personally think they hook up a little better than any of the others. |

| Gmanny. I saw that as well and am looking fwd to them. I do think he said that they will not be avilable until august. I have it dvr'd i think. When i get a chance ill watch it again and let u know when he said theyd be available. |
