| The Wisconsin Musky Expo is coming to the Patriot Center in Rothschild (Wausau), Wisconsin March 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Hours for the show will be Friday 2:00 pm. -9:00 pm., Saturday 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm. and Sunday 9:00 am. to 3:30 pm.
Friday’s speakers for this year’s show will include Hall of Fame musky guide and TV host of “Catch Ya in the Bluegrass”, Crash Mullins, Vilas/Oneida Co. musky guide, Matt Raley and Green Bay’s #1 guide, Dennis Radloff.
Saturday will open with legendary Hall of Fame guide, Tony Rizzo, WI/MN St. Croix River musky guide, Josh Stevenson. Incidentally, this guy has had three 50 lb. class fish in his boat the last few seasons, they measured 56 ½”, 56”, and 55 inches. He also has the MN state record tiger musky under his belt. Chippewa Flowage musky guide, John Dettloff, famed musky fisherman, Bob Mehsikomer and a special DNR Musky Panel at 4:00 pm will complete the day’s schedule.
Larry Mann and Wendy Williamson, fly fishing musky guides from Hayward, WI will open up the show with their seminar on Sunday. Top notch Park Falls/Phillips area musky guides, John Carlson and John Kleczewski, Lake Holcombe guide, Tony Fasbender and local favorite musky guide, Kurt Schultz will round out the seminars.
There will be free musky baits given out to the first 200 adults on Friday and the vendors of the show have donated musky rods to be given out to the first 100 kids 13 or under, accompanied by a paying adult, (some restrictions may apply).
A wide variety of exhibitors will be at the show, anything and everything to do with muskies.
The Boulder Junction Chamber will be giving away two ½ day guided musky trips.
Tony Rizzo will be autographing copies of his newly released reprint of Secrets of a Muskie Guide II/The Summer Muskie. This is a Collectors Edition, so copies are limited.
There will be a musky painting raffle. The painting was done by artist Garett Shipman and proceeds will be given to the Muskie Clubs Alliance of WI.

| This show is going to be awesome! So excited! I was fortunate enough to go down last year for a day and really enjoyed it! From what I have heard, there are going to be even more venders with great colors and new designs! I love that this show is centrally located in Wausau, I live only an hour and a half away which is much easier to go down and back in a day instead of traveling up to 5 hours one way to other shows! Great job! Keep up the great job and hard work Wisconsin Musky Expo! |

| We absolutely loved this show last year. From a vendor's standpoint the attendance was great--from a customer's standpoint the selection, amenities and speakers were spectacular. Can't wait!!

| All of this talk is really getting me excited for the show! There are many cool, new companies with awesome designs that I havn't heard of till this year.. It's awesome how this show emphasizes the smaller companies but still brings in the large, well known people in the muskie world! Speaking of well known people, I am trying to figure out which day I would like to come down to the show, I have a couple of Tony Rizzo books that I have really enjoyed reading during the past few winter months and I know that he is speaking on Saturday morning... but I have other things going on Saturday  Will Tony be at the show any other days? I would really be honored to meet him and have the opportunity to talk muskies with him a little bit!

| I am new to fishing, but I have been to a couple shows. I went to the Wisconsin Musky Expo last year, and really enjoyed it! I had a lot of fun and learned a lot from the seminars. | Great time last year,,,a bunch of us are coming over from Twin Cities, Hearing Tony Rizzo alone is worth the drive,,,Been to alot of Muskie shows and general sports shows but the Patriot center is THEE pefect site Ive ever been to, nice new building a Hol Inn conected to it you walk through hallway right to show and back to your room anytime you want, 3- 4 other motels within walking distance a full size grocery store and Liquor shop ,Swapmeet at local tavern,Resaurants,,,,Some guys last year parked their trucks and never got in and started them for 3 days because everything is right there.

-BIG profile
-Great for keeping you vertical while fishing heavy current systems.
-Trolls to 20 fow with about 115 feet of line out at 3.5-4 MPH
- Displaces a tremendous amount of water making it easy to call fish in from a distance even during extreme low water visibility.
-Sinks fast to the bottom allowing you to never miss a fish that is marked deep on your graph/sonar. Great tool to have attached to the end of a rod at all times.
-Great "throw back" lure after eep follows. Cast out a short distance letting it sink fast and then burn back to the boat. As the Echotail nears the boat, drop the rod tip and start jigging DEEP FIGURE EIGHTS! CONTROL THE DEPTH OF THE FIGURE EIGHT WITH THE LINE LENGTH, NOT THE ROD!
-Good to use in conjunction with sucker fishing.
-Extra large soft plastic tail displaces enough water to trigger fish while the lure is dead still. Use gentle 1-3 ft lifts only making the blade vibrate every 8-10 pulls. This allows for vertical endurance without wearing out your arm. Add a willow leaf blade to the center hole behind the lead for additional flash/water displacement!
Regular (1 oz) Echotail:
-Perfect downsized lure for spring muskies to use with lighter tackle.
-Utilize in place of lipless traps to burn over the tops of newly emerging weed beds.
-Trolls to 10 fow with 85 feet of 15lb mono & 20 fow with 100 feet of 18lb leadcore
-Perfect size for all other game fish to be used throughout the entire fishing season to target King Salmon, Coho, Browns, Lake Trout, Walleye, Bass, Pike, Stripers, and many more.

| I'm looking forward to the show this weekend!
I will be doing a seminar on "Green Bay" Friday night at 7pm. This may be one of the best Green Bay Seminars I have assembled!!! If you have been wondering what's going on with Green Bay the past few seasons and what the future holds for the fishery then you don't want to miss this seminar!
AND....Saturday night after the Lure Swap at The Bar...my band Magnum 4 www.magnum4rocks.com will be playing. We will start sometime between 9 & 9:30 (once the swap is done since it's all in the same are at The Bar). We played after the Lure Swap in Milwaukee a few weeks ago and had a "full house"...it was a great time and we hope to have another great night this Saturday!
Looking forward to seeing everyone!

| Crazzy Ivan Lures will be hosting their first ever booth at the Rothschild show,and will be offering three lures never before offered to the public. One is called the "Spring Fling" available in 23 varieties, a wonderful spring and early summer lure. The second is called the "Flowage Bulge", which is available in 10 varieties, and the best is the "Crazz Ivan which is completely unique, and 12 years in development. Each lure takes 5-7 hours to make all hand crafted. There are about 6 varieties, 2 of which will be offered at the show. As they have not been offered to the public and the maker does not know if they will be offered again, each is signed and numbered. They may be seen at the Wisconsin musky exp website, as a post.

| Naze Baits will be there! We will have Livid Fish, Tin Heads and our newest lures the Twisted Tin Head and the Wil-da-Beast. We will also have plenty of Naze Bait Sucker Rigs and Leaders.
Also, our newest addition to the Livid Fish--soft plastic tails to further liven the already superb action. These "Killer Tails" are made by Esox Assault--and are the perfect addition to our lure, as well as whatever lure you have treble hooks on.
We really enjoy doing these shows week to week, but I haven't looked forward to a show this much in a long time. See you there!

| I normally don't post anything on this site, but I follow whats going on. But, I went to this show last year and it was great. Lots of cool and interesting venders, but definitely didn't bring enough money to buy all the cool stuff. The best part was that the speaker( pro musky guys) were really down to Earth and took the time to answer questions and connect with me.
