What are some newer superlines available in 100#?

832 and superslick are only available up to 80 and I'd feel better with 100 with the expensive baits I love to throw. I've used regular power pro and it works fine but I gotta tinker.

I bought 100# Hi-Seas grandslam braid at the shows last year I liked it alot.
Can't remember which booth I bought it from, hope they have it at Milwaukee show I will be buying more of it.
I threw all my big baits on it

I will have it in the Stealth Tackle booth. We have 65, 80 and 100# test.

I’m thinking about trying this 16 strand hollow core line this year. http://www.charkbait.com/cs/CSHL-TT-Braid.htm

There’s some interesting background info on the superline market on that page too.

You can get Cortland Masterbraid in 100 pound test. I use it in 80lb and like it.

Tuf line Xp is the best. The 80lb diameter actually has a break strength of 96lbs. I would imagine the 100lb test would be even stronger but I can't break the 80 if I tried. Going on 4 years without re-spooling with the 80lb.

I think the OP was asking for other 8 weave line, I have not seen any of that in 100lb. As stated above the cortland masterbraid and tuff line xp is great line. I run suffix 832 and while out fishing in high 30's air temp this past Saturday I enjoyed how the line did not hold much water:)

I have used the Hi-Seas Grandslam braid for 3 years it is the best I have found.
I use the #100 for throwing big baits (pounders) and also use it on all my quickstrike sucker rods.
Been very happy with it.

Not necessarily looking for an 8 strand although it would be nice. Just wondering if there is anything new in 100. Power pro 100 has worked just find for me I just want to try something new.

I see that daiwa makes a 100 braid but only in large spools, high seas looks like a good option.

Thanks.
