Location: sneaking out to get on the water ;-) | I was wondering how reliable they were or any major issues with them to look out for. I have to get something with more seating and for what I've found near me in my budget I'm looking at a durango with third row seating, chevy astro van awd, and minivans. I only have an old 14' boat so there's no real towing it will have to do. Thanks for your help and any info. Russ |

| I have a 2006 Durango and I love it. Enough room for the kids and with the seats down, I can fit my 9' rods right up the middle without even having the rod tips hit the dash. I highly recommend one. The only downside is the gas milage is low, but that pretty much comes with any SUV. |

| I have a 2011 with the 5.7L Dodge Hemi. Mileage does kind of suck but it pulls my boat like a champ. I towed my boat to Georgia, twice to Kentucky, and 4 times to Wisconsin without any problems. It's a great vehicle. |

| I have a newer Durango and love it. Pulls my 18" Crestliner with no problems. I have the V8 HEMI like someone else mentioned, but I think the V6 could pull just about any fishing boat safely. I haven't had any issues with the truck at all, but it's only a couple years old now (32k miles). I know several other people with older Durangos and don't recall hearing about any major issues. |

| Had an '04 with the little V8. No issues. It was a good vehicle. At the time I had a 17' aluminum fish and ski and it was a breeze to pull that... |

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I had the original body style (actually 2) with the 4.7 L V8 and they were great vehicles. I rolled up 120k on each of them and only had one sensor go out under warranty. I pulled a 21' bass boat with them and it did fine. |

Location: Madison, WI | We've got one on the lot for 10995 with 90k. 4.7L V8 with good options, they are great vehicles. They'll run 200k with no major issues. |

Location: Madison, WI | My girl has a 2000 durango with the 4.7. it has 145k and is still running great. i towed my tuffy 1760 8-hrs with it and it did great, still got 14 mpg towing which is better than my F-150 with the 5.4. |

Location: Davenport, IA | I have a 2005 with a Hemi. 105,000 miles and the only non-maintenance part was an A/C hose. It's a great vehicle until you drive the new (2011 to current) Durangos. They handle like a sports car. |

| I have a 2011 with the V6, and it likely has plenty of power to pull the 14'. Without towing, I can get about 27mpg on a long highway trip. Using some para-cord on the little clothes hanger thingies and drilling some holes in the back ceiling, I created a rod holder. I can hold multiple 8' rods in there comfortably, and up out of everyone's way.
Only have 31,xxx on it, but haven't had any problems. |

9 months with an 06 (little 8) and the only prob is lack of light for backing up at night. such a prob I'm planning on havining extra lights pro installed. |
