I sent a reel back to abu last week that was not under warrenty. The received it saturday so I figured it would be mid week before I heard anything from them. Get home today and there is a brand new reel waiting for me. Could not ask for more, did not consider I would get this kind of service. Just thought I would mention it on her and give them some free pub condisering the service I got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have always treated me right as well, when I had an issues with a reel. Most times its just a week and I have my reel back (or a new one).

Abu has been fantastic to me over the years. I don't use their reels as much as I used to (but I do love my Winch), but anytime I have had issues they have been great to deal with.

I've sent a few reels in over the years.. And now that I think about it, probably about half the times they sent me a new reel...

Might have to consider one of the new NACL Toros for the upcoming year..

I had a Toro fixed last year, not under warranty. Same thing, sent it in with a cc number and had it back within a week. They replaced almost everything and only charged me $40 bucks or so. I was very impressed.
