If anyone is wondering about the lifetime warranty on a Tournament edition from a company no longer making rods, not to worry. St.Croix will guarantee the cost of the blank and ship a new blank to a rod builder of your choice. You have to pay for shipping to the builder, extra costs to rebuild and then return shipping to your house.
