I'm trying to free up deck space on my bassboat and I usually use a 7915 box. This however won't fit in my front locker so it stays in the way. I've got a buddy picking up a Just Encase pedestal box at the Chicago show for me which I'm going to use for my common go-to baits. I however need to come up with boxes like the stowaway style that I can fit everything else in and put under my front deck. All I see local is bass bait size stuff. Not boxes that can fit Mega Ds, Hellhounds, etc.

Stores almost anything musky size. Biggest lure I have crammed into a row is 13 inch believer. Creeper type top water won't fit but that's all I've found so far.

3730s and/or 3731s pending on whether you want the dividers. They are the 3700 size length and width but deeper.
3730 - 4 permanent dividers that run the length and the ability to cut each row up with removable dividers
3731 - no dividers (wide open utility box)

I, however, do not know how well mag or pounder sized plastics fit.

I use the 3730 Plano's for mag dawgs, shadzilla's, 13" waterwolf tubes, twisted tulibees and twin fins etc.

If your local tackle store doesn't carry the larger size Planos try one of the big box hardware stores...they usually have some and can be cheaper as well!

I have a Bass boat and I'm not sure how your front lockers are, but for my boat this works well for me. I cut around 60 vinyl gutter spouts and put them all in the locker to hang my baits in. I use the Plano's as well since I ran out of room in the box, but opening, closing, stacking and storing is not my preference. When Muskie fishing I do not use my livewell and it's 42X12 of valuable unused space. I plan on making a box with the gutter spouts that can be lifted out and hung on the wall for when I want to fish other spiecies.

The Flambeau 9007 is much better than any Plano I've found for storing musky baits...especially big rubber. The only place I've found these is Gander and they are about $15...so not cheap but well worth it. They measure about 14"x14". The only catch is that the top compartment comes with two molded-in dividers. I just cut them out with a dremel tool. I can fit 8 of these in the deck extension compartment of my Ranger and have more baits than I will ever need...

If you're considering the 3730 look at Bass Pro. They have one with the Bass Pro logo on the top for a few bucks cheaper. It is literally the same same box and has the "Plano Molding Co 3730" label on the box. I'm sure Cabela's or Gander Mtn. has the same box with their logo on for a similar price.

I like to use a variety of sizes as baits come in different sizes, small bucktails i use a smaller box they just fit better.
big rubber needs a bigger box. mess around

Well for an update I went to Lowes and got vinyl guttering so I'm going to make one of my compartments into purely muskie lure storage.

Yea I talked to bob the other day because I'm having a buddy pick up a pedestal box at the chicago show for me and was asking him about possibly doing an extension for my front deck.
