| I'm looking to fish the PMTT trail next year. How much do you pro's spend (not including the enterance fees)in one year fishing the PMTT trail? Food, Lodging and what ever else? | |

| It's tough to say. Depends how many days you pre-fish. How far of a drive you are from each tourney, etc.
Lodging is also a tough call. Some guys stay at each other's houses when at a certain lake. Some guys put 8 guys in one hotel room.
Food too is up in the air. You want a nice meal at night or $2.99 value meal at McDon's.
I know that really didn't answer your question.
Let's just say it is not cheap, but alot of expenses can be curtailed if you use your head and watch what you spend.

| I live in the chicago suburbs (to give you an idea on travel costs). Including gas, lodging, and entry fee I spent $2100 last year. I budgeted $2000, so I was real close. I dont figure food into the budjet because that'll be close to the same whether I stay home or fish.
There are ways of saving some cash as well. Camping can save you some, or do what my team did and team up with some other teams and split the costs of lodging.
