Does anyone do a good pike replica?

My first flag of the year yesterday turned out to be a good one(actually it was on my dads other tipup but he was already fighting another fish), and i was able to land a 42.25" X 19" pike. I took 4 quick photos and released it. I'm now kind of wishing I kept it, but I think a replica would be just as good, but I've never seen a really good pike replica. She was Northern WI clear water fish and had very big white spots. Does anyone know of a taxidermist that can make a replica look like my fish????

Thanks in advance!!!

Jason,
Check out Joe Fittante in Antigo. His Replica of the state record pike in The Refuge, a bar, restaurant in Antigo looks awesome. I would say just like musky replicas his look the most real as far as the paint job.

Nice fish by the way, good job.

Jason, vote number two for Joe Fittante. Stop at The Refuge to check out his work, he has replicas of all the state record fish hanging on the wall there. Its at the corner of 45 & 64 east in Antigo.

Absolutely beautiful pike. You will sleep better having let the fish go. Big pike like that are all to rare these days. Your replica will help you re-live those memories just as good but without the guilt. Nice Fish!

Awesome fish. I agree with Chadster. A fish of that size is hard to come by and releasing it had to be tough but I commend you for it. Let us know if you get a replica and how it turned out. I hope to catch one over 45" in Manitoba in August.
