You might also want to look at the super cranker that Smokey's sells. It might end up being cheaper than buying new through Shimano.

"Give Smokey's Muskie Shop a call at (262) 691-9659. I just started manufacturing a new, double paddled power handle I call the Super Cranker. It is currently available at Smokey's, and I have one that fits the 400B and Curado's. It is 5 inches from paddle to paddle and greatly decreases the amount of effort to crank the double tens. Paddles are rubber urethane and very comfortable to use. Handles are made from anodized aluminum. Please PM or reply with any questions.
