Does anyone else just love the smell of a Muskie?

| That's something I will never understand... You can identify any freshwater fish by the smell. But if you fish saltwater, they all smell the same. Why does a smallmouth smell different than a largemouth? Why does a muskie smell different than a pike? They all swim in the same water and eat pretty much the same things.
But yeah, there's not many better smells than muskie slime in the net. |

| ive handled small pike that smelled worse than bigger muskie....i think it more depends on the day and the amount you handle them.
