Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I just got out of the Board meeting for the Hugh C Becker Foundation and this year's allocation for muskie related projects should be around $98,000 +/-. Be sure to get with your local clubs and DNR to get some muskie related projects put together.
For more information as to how to qualify your project for this money go to: http://www.twincitiesmuskiesinc.org/node/168

Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Awesome! The Hugh C. Becker Foundation grants are likely the greatest thing to ever happen for muskie preservation, research, restoration and education across the muskie range. |

| Make sure any grad students you know, who are looking to do muskie-related studies, get this information. Research will become increasingly important, especially as we approach the Muskies Inc Symposium in 2016.

| I believe the cut off is January 31st. Right now there has only been one request submitted. This is free muskie money! Get on it. |
