It is the chemical/physical equation and properties for SNOW to form since it is not just frozen water.
It's actually the equilibrium vapor pressure of water equation.

Location: Elk River, Minnesota | I wonder if he is getting at the idea of the triple-point of water where it can go from vapor to solid..which is what would happen in a cloud for the vapor to fall as snow....vapor crystals form on dust/etc and Whuallah...snow...
That would mean Worrall's looking for an answer that would be SNOW. Guess we have to wait and see... |
