| My wife and 2 year old will be making a trip with me to St. Germain next summer and I was wondering what resorts have a nicer playground and beach area. Convinient boat ramp would be awesome too, I like to lake hop.
Thank you for info,

Location: Racine, Wi | My inlaws own a resort that has a very nice beach area, and is right by one of the boat launches on the Flambeau Chain. It's very close to some other very good musky lakes as well. I'm not sure what they have for availablity during the summer at this point, but shoot them an email or call to find out. The lake's are super clear/clean and Little Crawling Stone lake is perfect for tubing and skiing during the daytime as well (not much boating or fishing pressure. Here's a link to their site. http://www.allseasonsresortupnorth.com/ |

Location: Verona, WI | Try Sunrise Lodge in Land o' Lakes. They have a nice beach with a playground that's good for younger kids.

Location: Loves Park, IL | Twin Waters Resort on Big St Germain is a nice place right on the water. Great restaurants close by, shopping if you'd like, creek on the back side of the resort for the kids to play/canoe in, sand beach for swimming, good musky fishing. I've stayed there many times. |

Location: Kronenwetter, WI | Check out Ed Gabes on Lost Lake. They are across the lake from our cabin and my parents actually honey-mooned there. They have a nice beach, pool, tennis, playground, game room, etc, etc....landing is close by and lots of Great Lakes to fish nearby. If you go pm me for tips on this lake. |
