The best way I know how to do that would be to mold them out of plastic and then sonic weld or bond them together. Many lures are made this way and the tutorial is quite extensive. Google “injection molding sonic welding” to start your information gathering.

I saw a video about injection molding sonic welding, but before I need to make the two hollow parts of the jerkbait.
Unfortunately, I have not found a video showing how to make them and so I asked for help here where there are great lure makers .

Your looking at a mold and probably injection molding. Pretty pricey. If I were you I would just make a 2 part mold and make solid resin bait.

This is my project: making a two parts mold and then create with the RTV silicone rubber a model (in two parts) slightly smaller (0.039''- 0.078'' smaller) than the embossed lure in the two parts mold.
I wanted to know the technique to use and if there is a tutorial / video tutorial for this.
