Video I got this summer of a mid 30's follow. I fish the Upper French River and have gotten a couple of nice fish in the last few years, and my fair share of follows. The thing is, I have never not figure 8'ed on a follow, and have not had ANY fish even circle. They just spook right away. I'm pretty sure my figure 8's are OK, this one looked like it was too forceful, made lots of bubbles, could that spook it?
Kind of cool side note - I probably did 15 figure 8's on this follow, and didnt see her come back at all, but when I looked at the raw video (not in this trailer) she appears in the bottom of the frame on my about my 8th-10th 8. | |
