Location: davis,IL | I've had a few inquiries as to my front deck set-up, and my attempt at minimizing the usual clutter of rods and lures. Please disregard the "extra" clutter you see in the pictures, the boats in winter/ new projects mode. Focus in on the rod and lure storage on the front deck/ cockpit, also the extended rear casting deck.

Location: Savage, MN | Pics are great, thanks for posting. Did you install the tubes? Is so did you take the panel off to brace/fasten them inside? |

Location: davis,IL | Yes I installed the tubes. I made a I made it by using a hole saw to cut out the holes for the tubes in 2 pieces of wood. One on the end (carpet covered) and one in the middle, then made an end piece. Then just a matter of coming up with a piece of 1/4" plywood to cover the whole affair. I used angle brackets to attach the 3 pieces to both the deck and the gunnel. |
