I own a 17 foot fiberglass boat with a bunk style trailer. I was recently up north on a fishing trip where the air temperature dropped down into the high teens at night. The next morning i was unable to slide my boat into the water because the boat was actually froze to the trailer bunks. Anyone have and ideas or suggestions for something i could apply to the bunks so that the boat will not freeze to the trailer?

When you put it back in the water it should slide off again....
If you really wanted to spray some pam or silicone on them.

Just let it sit in the water a few minutes. Be patient......If you put the back end in deeper than normal it will float right off.

I've had that happen as well. And as stated, back in a little deeper if you're able to and it will come off. I had to give it about 15 minutes when it happened to me. But eventually it will thaw out enough to pop free.
