| I don't understand the function of the magnetic control thingy on the side of my 6500 C5 or my 6500 CS Mag. What is this really supposed to do?? I wish I could take them out and put a bait alarm on there instead....can I?? |

| I agree with Teck, they work fine. It's just another way of fine tuning the tension on your spool.
Right now, Gander Mountain has the 5600 & 6600 C5'on sale.

| I thought they were for some upper arm therapy. Combined with some magnetic insoles in the shoes, one could fish for days in total weightless levitation. Also the fields can be transmitted far below the surface to attract the weariest of fish. At least thats what it says in my manual.
