| I have several Abu Garcia's that I would want to add a bait alarm too. Can this be done??
What about the cheap Abu 6000. They are only $40, but I think would do a good job as a trolling reel. Can you add bait alarms to them??

| Hey Ralph,
I had to bust 1 1/2" last weekend to get out. The whole channel back to Chae's....I thought the ice might screw up the boat...but we made it with minimal damage.
A couple of times, the boat was all sitting all the way on top of the ice...good thing I weigh 300#'s.....and I had two other guys with me....it was all we could do to bust through. That little channel took up about 15 minutes to get through. No crap.
Anyway, I got some reels comings...but want to put line out alarms on the ones that don't have them. See ya at Chicago. | |
