I've seen them at BPS and Cabelas and a marine shop south of here and I don't think that there is any noticeable difference between all of them.

If you have access below the gunnel, I'd suggest you call Tuffy Boats. I don't know the mfg, but the rails they use get bolted on with a nice big fender washer and nylock nut under the gunnel. Ranger style get screwed to the top of the gunnel with 3 small screws.

I have some for sale if any are interested. Their comin off my old boat and are 3 foot each I believe but I will recheck

If you're planning on doing late season muskie trolling with them, I recommend not using the single narrow stanchion type. I've had 2 of them fatigue and break within a day of each other from lure vibration when it was cold.
