I have seen this many times, but never in this exact situation. First of all, why are they front first on the ramp? There is no ball on the hitch, so they weren't towing anything. What the heck were those idiots doing? Usually when you see this there is a boat, or jet skis attatched, and the truck is backing down. More often than not the driver forgets to put the parking brake on, or in one case I saw, forgets to put the truck in park.
