Once ayear for meand mines glass,I do it in the spring and never get time to doit againg sinceit's always in use... 50/50 mix of White Vinigar and water keeps it clean, spray on wipe off take 10minutes when needed...

Any good suggestions for a gelcoat light buff? My gelcoat looks good but has a bit of a haze to it. Would prefer to do it myself rather than bring it to a high priced auto shop.

This is interesting for sure. I've been using Ducky for a long time. This would be cheaper..
Then I hit my Ranger with some Meguiar's since I hate the white lines stuff like Turtle wax leaves around raised/ridged areas.

I saw this stuff (buff magic) on youtube and it looked pretty good. So I got some from a local marine store. My boat had that dull look and I used it and it made a big different.

3M makes a great wax\cleaner for fiberglass gel coats. I can't remember the name but it works good and comes in some white bottle.

I have painted cars for 20 plus years and one of the best products is Finesse II by 3M its a light white compound you can use on plastic also and use with a buffer then apply your favorite wax after, I think the post above was trying to remember the name, I don't buff my alum. boat maybe once every other year but this product workx very well and on gel coat boats if ya wanna make it look as good as new this is the product for it. If you dont have a buffer you can use by hand for your dull areas. Also like to wipe my boat off after pulling it out of the water.
