Location: Waukee, IA | Ok.....I am horribly weak in my bucktail selection currently. In fact, I honestly don't even own ONE DCG. I have a couple buchertails but that is it. If you could have only 5 colors to throw in your arsenal...what blade/skirt combos could you NOT live without? Irregardless of water clarity, time of year, etc. I want your go-to color combos.

All the rest is fluff. Fluff is fun, don't get me wrong. I caught 3 fish in one day on the ugliest color combination I have ever seen, but if I had to pick, those would be my five. |

Double 10 Bluegill Spanky with smoke blades

| There are really only two color combo's that I wouldn't be without:
-Black Nickel blades over black body (for any sky conditions, sunny or cloudy, dusk, midday, etc.)
-Chartreuse blades over black body (I like the bright blades in overcast conditions)
I have dozens and dozens of other colors, but the two above are all that I really need. |
