Location: Central Wisconsin | I realize this isn't a lure, but thought I would share anyways. This is a little project I have been working on for a while now. I wanted to make my own replica of a fish I caught a couple years ago. After a buddy dropped off a huge piece of old white pine at the house, I thought I'd give it a shot. I roughed the main body shape out with a chain saw, then progressed from there. The fins are attached after the fact, and doweled / puttied into place.
The fish ended up being 51.5" x 25, about 2" bigger than what I wanted, but working with wood isn't always an exact science. Thanks for looking.
