I have the small pacemaker topwater and it keeps rolling around instead of tracking true. How can I get in contact with Ty Sennett?

Before you send it back and pay all that postage...Try drilling a small hole behind the front hook about 1/4" deep and pour a little lead in there. I do that with my Tally Wackers and they run very true after that.[;)]

Hi Divani,
The Pacemaker will spin less if you slow it down. In fact, I had much better action follow-wise when I slowed down the PaceMaker.
If you prefer the fast retrive, that weight trick works well, I used a little lead sticky just behind the front hook. I think it makes the pop a little louder too (I've also tried adding a small egg sinker to the front hook hanger, it runs a little deeper still).

The larger Pacemakers can run faster without spinning out.

I think the PaceMaker will be a great bait on my favorite lakes, in extreme northern Wisconsin (Ashland County) Lots of resrvoir-type water there with shallow tree-laden flats and weeds.

Among the lures I will grab at the shows this winter: a really WILD colored large PaceMaker.

Auf wiedersehen,

thanks everybody. I posted it on muskies101 as well. I'll see what Ty has to say about repairing it myself.

Jason, The weight tip sounds good but I need to be sure it will work.

I tried retrieving it really slow, creeper-style slow even, but the entire lure still spins around.
