We aren't home yet from vacation, but my daughter sent pictures of a quarter inch plus of hail ground cover from last night in Greenfield.

For some weird reason I saved Winnipeg as a weather city, checked it yesterday am. and was surprised to see 28.

Was 21 up where I sampled this morning. No snow yet that I've seen but I know Colorado mountains got some. We also need a big snow year.

Almost a frost here this morning.....about a month ahead of time. I'm hoping for a big snow season. Gotta get that new snow blower a good workout!

Yeah, we were trying to finish a couple things on the garage we are building at our cottage by Rhinelander and I walked out to get something and was hit with a little sleet. Quite a change from the weekend.

It's never going to snow here again, Greg. I got a nice 2 stage Ariens snow blower for Christmas last year. Just like the year I bought my truck. Stopped snowing the day I brought it home. Didn't have a significant snowfall for the next 5 years. And then one we did have fell and melted away while I was in Florida for two weeks.

Maybe I should have bought a pool!
