| hello, I want to add the side and bottom scan to my current HDS 8 unit. Right now I just have the regular transducer for depth sounding. Is below all I need to buy? What is the difference between LSS-1 and LSS-2?

Location: Stevens Point, WI | The LSS-1 was the first generation of Structure Scan, LSS-2 is the newest Structure Scan. Do you have a HDS Gen 2 unit or the original HDS unit?

| Larry, just the skimmer ducer wont do it, you need the whole system which is the black box AND the ducer. The ducer alone is like $250, but the system retails for around $599. Those are retail prices.
There were rebates on the LSS1 units earlier in the year and you can find them online at like CList and Ebay for much cheaper.
