| Had my favorite jointed depthraider and my favorite super topraider break in half at the joint within two weeks of each other. Neither was brand new, but shouldn't have split where they did. Thankfully they weren't in a fish's mouth. Not sure if it was just my luck or if it's happened before?
Having trouble finding out if/how I can follow up for replacement or at least to let them know. Is it ROI? Can't find any contact info for them, but maybe that's not where I should be going anyway. Any ideas??? |
