| hey guys...this is going to be a long winter. being new to musky fishing, i want to learn all i can. i would like to purchase a few videos on musky fishing to watch over the winter. what videos do you guys suggest i get? and where can i purchase them from? thanks for the info | |

| "The Greatest Musky Video Ever Made" is a good one. So are most of Jim Saric's. Both show some huge fish and will also be able to teach you a few things since you are new the musky world. Some of the In-Fisherman Videos are worth watching as well.
You can get these movies at places like Gander Moutain, Rollie and Hellens, Cabeala's, almost any big outdoor store.

| I like Bob Mehsikomer's "Muskies: Making Sense of Them"
He discusses some good technical stuff in that video that can really help. All of Bob's other videos are also great entertainment. No matter what your opinion of Bob is...you can't deny that he has some AWESOME footage of some big fish.
Saric, Heiting, and In-Fisherman all have good stuff too. You can't go wrong with any of the musky videos out there today.

| Check out the "Fishing With Daryl" series from BrownChamp Video. Best episodes:
1. Daryl hooks a 37" on a quickstrike and within 5 seconds is yelling "GET THE NET!!! GET THE NET!!!"
2. Daryl hooks a monster of a 32" on a sucker before even setting all suckers.
3. Daryl slaps Slamr in the face with a sucker.
4. Daryl throws cookies at Slamr.
5. Daryl throws coffee cake at Slamr.
6. Daryl says that you can't snap tuff-line....EVER. Slamr hands Daryl his new mag dawg, Daryl gets a "professional overrun" and the mag dawg snaps off, and goes 50yards, free of line or other restraints.
7. Daryl shows up hung over and 45 minutes late, 12/17/01, cannot understand why the boat is wont come off the trailer when in the water, then realizes he forgot to unhook boat from trailer.
8. Daryl says that he hates his HR Hughey, hands the bait to Slamr, who then promptly lands a pig of a 30". The hughey is never out of the Flambeau box again.
9. Slamr has a mid 30's chase a dawg to the boat 6 consecutive times. To entice the fish, Daryl throws a Krispy Kreme donut at said fish, Slamr then nails the donut on the next cast.
10. Slamr and Daryl at the Shell Station in North Webster, Indiana: 2 very unattractive exotic dancers attempt to work their way onto the boat for a days "fishin'". Daryl and Slamr are too confused by these strange beings to respond.
